It is our pleasure to announce that our pilot is now officially launched! After discussing with the participants the preliminary information during our webinars last week, we have successfully set the first programme in motion.
Digital mentor for aspiring entrepreneurs
As you all probably know by now, encubate is a digital mentor for aspiring entrepreneurs - an incubation and upskilling platform for people who wish to start their own business. Through encubate, our clients are guided step-by-step from the "no idea, no plan" situation to the stage where they know what they want to do with their business and are ready to take it forward.
Our prototype is now ready
After working on the first version of the platform since April, we have constructed a prototype grounded on best global approaches, practises and methods. From the crème-de-la-crème start-up methodology and content available, we have assembled a journey that will facilitate the start-up development of our first clients.

Diverse group of pilot participants
Our participants come from diverse industries and from all over the world. They are in various career stages - from ambitious juniors, PhD candidates to senior professionals with 15+ years of corporate experience. Nonetheless, they have one aim in common - to learn the fundamentals of start-ups and conceptualize their first business. They all share the spirit of entrepreneurship and they all seem as excited as us, for partaking this journey with encubate.
Team of guides to support the pilot
We are happy to announce that Kamila Brandejsova, Jort Duijnker and Bronislav Ruzicka will be supporting the pilot group as guides in the next weeks. Guides are both coaches and mentors to our participants. They support them along their digital journeys, helping them when things are going less smooth and providing their expertise when relevant.
Kamila has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, business and project management. She is currently an independent consultant for small and medium-sized family businesses. Our next star is Jort, who is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in executive coaching. He has successfully built and scaled several high-performance teams across various arenas, including Tech, Health & Fitness and Two-Sides Marketplaces. Last but not least is Bronislav, who is an expert and consultant in the complete implementation of cross-functional projects. He places particular emphasis on creating meaningful business visions and integrating them into functional and feasible project plans.
Our advisory members Jan Krahulik and Michal Hudecek will also be guides for the pilot program alongside our CEO, Fred Fous.
